Based on the official EU model withdrawal instructions (Annex I(A) to Directive 2011/83/EU / Annex 1 to Art. 246a § 1(2) sentence 2 EGBGB), reviewed by legal counsel on 13 August 2026. Applies only where "private individual/consumer" was selected at checkout.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
Since 19 June 2026, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal online pursuant to § 356a BGB via the "Withdraw from contract" button provided on our website at /widerruf. If you use this online function, we will communicate an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal to you by email without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You are not required to pay any compensation for value if you exercise your right of withdrawal in respect of the KIPulse analysis report (§ 357a(3) BGB, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium).
Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun providing the report (digital content) after you (1) have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and (2) have confirmed your knowledge that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. We obtain this consent and acknowledgement during the order process, before the contract is concluded, via two separate checkboxes that are not pre-selected. We additionally confirm the expiry of the right of withdrawal to you by email after the contract is concluded. Legal basis: § 356(5) BGB.
